I have noticed that in BCBG the younger artists respect their elders very much. I was just watching a BCBG video the interaction between Ficcare and Patou solo in admirable even if one is the number one.Atshuda  and Gesan interaction with Kibens is also notabe. Genta and Cellulaire also.
Zambrotta Virginie and Yet are also very respected by the young ones.
This humbleness and respect should be emulated by young ones and not arrogance.

If you see each other as just brothers and sisters in a band, you are stuck.....since you can't criticise, you can't compete for positions, the result is equal to comfort that all is fine when not. what jb has done to ficarre et patou is what he should do to abel des and rio, zulema et kibense etc. the better gets the top slot.....oh God intervene in bcbg matters as human beings have failed common sense.

there is competition, but it remains internal, simple as that
you rightfully gave the example of ya fifi and patou,but i will give you example of djino and menthé,menthé was destined to be the starter but djino worked extra hard and won,jb said it clearly in soyons serieux days
i think your disappointment with bcbg and especially some guy you clearly hate since you can't avoid talking about them makes you see everything dark in the group which is a bit too harsh
like shamala rightfully said the younger guys respect elders a lot but not only for the sake of respecting them for being older,the respect is also artistic
your favourite hate figures contribute a lot to them and they admit it themselves on tv
i think seeing too much of la zamba videos have influence of your way of seeing things,because there is competition in every single group except maybe quartier latin which has clearly been turned into a group of guys destined to being in the shadow at service of koffi and cindy(even though koffi seems like wanting to make efforts these days)
