Just by listening to the sound you can tell that he's an advanced level guitar student, he's doing well soloing,am sure he'll soon get to a level where he will be able to play effortlessly and maybe think of a professional career,for now he's too raw to play in a major band,maybe Maison Mere where they claim to train musicians.
This clip should clearly show the likes of EMO that it's not really difficult to play like Flamme Kapaya, those senior soloists who you think can't play like Kapaya can actually play even better than Kapaya but they don't want to,that is his own style he created and for them to play like him would mean they are learning from him, yes, am talking about the likes of Dady Bola and others who are senior to Kapaya.
