Nothing to do with tv on this occasion, it's about the many banners that have littered Kinshasa promoting Koffi's concert dubbed ''Vieux Ebola live in concert.'' That is bound to cause anarchy as some people would not be happy,it's like he's mocking them, they don't understand where the name is coming from.
