The interviewer asked him to air his view about Celeo's comment on tv where he said he(Celeo) is way above the likes of Genta and he's known more by the world, he also said all of them have moved on and started solo careers but Genta is stuck with BCBG. Genta responded by saying Celeo should cut down on going on tv to talk but concentrate on doing his job as a musician because people respect musicians from their work but Celeo is busy talking about egoism et all......i expect a contra attack from Celeo.

Hahaha, give JB a break, this guy actually has made BCBG survive were sebene is concerned, without him BCBG would have been dead by now as he's really tried. Wenge BCBG is full of passengers especially atalukus, the problem with animation is that it's not just about animating in a certain style, it's about being able to create stuff that can sustain a whole sebene or generique, all the atalukus that have gone to BCBG have failed so JB cannot just fire Genta then suspend operations till he finds another ataluku on the streets so for as long as the younger atalukus don't create anything sustainable then Genta will continue to dominate them just like Patou Solo used to dominate Maitre Ficarre in the guitars section.

Listen, it's not about supporting,that's where you get me wrong. What I say is that a good Manager cannot just wake up one morning and say ,right, am firing my accountant because he not performing to my expectations. Even if someone is not performing according to expectations, there are procedures that are followed. Tell me if you wouldn't call your superior incompetent if one day a younger man with more qualifications than you but no experience  joined your office and your Manager decides to fire you and replace you with that new member of staff?

Yes Genta to me is not the best ataluku out there but he's defended BCBG well, I don't think if a good ataluku with proven experience or creativity goes to knock at BCBG he would be rejected, they can only be rejected if they come from another Clan Wenge band, I strongly feel if any good ataluku left Quartier now and knocked at BCBG they would be given a job straight away, the fact is that the animation business is difficult ,it goes with experience, look at the likes of Cellulaire and others, they are mere passengers even when Genta is not on stage, they can't seem to do any freestyle which would likely attract the fans attention and cause fans to demand for more of it but no, they wait for Genta to do animation and they respond to him so JB probably fears that he could be stuck especially that these musicians are always recording even if they take long to release albums, they also have contractual obligations to perform almost every weekend so if someone critical in the band like Genta left today, there would be a mess in BCBG.

They tried it for a while with kilimanjaro and bercy 2001 was classico with that boy. If only he never left, today we could not be talking about this. EMO  what surprises me in your position even though i agree there is plenty of talent to replace genta or almost any atalaku in any group, is that you seem to be more angry about genta than the 8 or 9 other atalakus who do almost nothing

look at koffi's olympia, the concert lasts like 2 3 h max but the only atalaku  who was there mboshi had voice problems at some point,now image a guy doing almost the same  3 times every week of the year for over 10 years,its normal that his level of performance drops,but that drop would be less exposed if around him there were guys who could relieve him a bit
 i ll give you example of diego of maison mere,who has been very so-so the last 4 years,very far from the diego of temp present,but its hardly highlighted because around there are guys who can maintain the group's level,but it does not mean diego was fired( diego is a professional atalaku for  like 14 years now,slightly less than genta )

Where is Kilimanjaro now? apart from the 30 second line on his older brother's generique and his few seconds on the album Internet which other generique has Kilimanjaro done?
You are talking about Adolphe, he's always recruiting because he keeps losing musicians to other bands especially Maison Mere which right now has two of his former atalukus namely Liboka and Diego.

The thing I always want you to understand is that JB cannot and will probably not just wake up one day and say ok, Genta, Kibens, Seguin and Rio you're all fired, he would be mad to do that and please don't expect him to do that unless those musicians commit an offence, BCBG is a company but yes, JB's management style has stunted his development compared to other bands that I cannot dispute but am afraid we can cry and shout but JB is not moved, we have to accept his weaknesses.
