It seems so but some of the members have moved on but based on the interviews some who were with the band a long time ago have rejoined to keep the fire burning.

there are three victoria's now the one completely controlled now by joly,the victoria from europe which sometimes performes with the team of joly and a third of  guys who do not want to hear about joly(among the very last victoria team kester left behind in kinshasa)
joly had to recruit some guys to make up for those who do not want to work with him as their boss
