like it has been said in the past adolphe is a candidate in his native region due to population urgeing him so they have a popular guy who can represent them at parliament and express their wishes
now there are also alain mpela and dakumuda going for it again,roger ngandu in his area of lemba,fiston dada lobesso in equateur,also le petit kurukuru who is tempted to go for it(which is why faly had been calling him honorable) but is hesitating due to the huge concert schedule fally is... there are certainly some other guys who might go for it aswell in the coming months

Is there a calling or just some few people telling them they can. Leadership is a calling and it should be given to people who have a calling to it.

from what most of them say its people who tell them"you can do it, you have a good school level ,you are smart" and those type of things

Whoever can help DRC get better I'm all for them (expect if their a combatufi). What will Le Petit represent,? and how can Roger represent a neighborhood?? You can only can represent a province and a city or be in the national parliament. 

yeah indeed i meant he will be candidate in that neighborhood like adolphe lobeso and alain mpela will be in their native regions,they certainly think they have more chance to win there as they always show their pride of their origins   if they get voted he will go to national parliament,i expect some atalakus to taunt lobeso over his desire to become a deputy
