Signed artists don't control release dates for their albums....that's up to the label

JV, I know that labels have the final say but he's been saying that it will come out by the end of this month and it sounded like  him and David Monsoh had an agreement on that.

 unless they are lying to surprise people album has not even gone to factory yet,still at mastering level
