manda had fired for the third time now his whole group and is recruiting new musicians and he says he wants two soloists who have a decent school level aswell,he will limit his group to 20 25 absolute max members so that he can pay his musicians and he insists on it saying with the salary,he wont accept seeing his musicians doing matolo in the hall before concert he absolutely wants to avoid that and leave customers alone
he also says to guys  who want to apply to be reassured that he wont ask any of them to sacrifice their relatives like some other leaders
and also he does not want bleach cream experts but proper artists first and foremost hahaha manda

the hardest part is the matolo one, musicians even when they get a salary are used to get even more outside, especially if you are lucky you can get 10 times more than your salary in one day
the other hard part is the spiritual one, even if leaders say to musicians not to do kisi they are more and more doing it no matter what, and id even say it has become a national phenomenon,i can see in kin loads of young men  who have gone into it just have cars and bit of  glory
especially that now musicians do not even hide satanism anymore,i was at a heritier rehearsal and brandon was explaining one of his animation or thsoe stuff he shouts before doing it and clearly said in front of everybody he was calling a spirit from the seas to give him power or at a wazekwa rehearsal an atalaku came for a test and tried to curse eclipse and it was cut short

The matolo thing they will still do and if they get more money from that then it's fine, but the witchcraft stuff needs to stop, it's good that a leader says he wants to stop that kind of practice.
