Also known as Belinda. He was meant to accompanied by Wemba to return to Zaire in 1982 to record this song and Etoile du Nord. Wemba decided to remain in Europe and Koffi went on with the backing of Langa Langa Stars under the direction of Verckys. I think it had to with growing feud between Wemba and Verckys.
His song Ouragan years later with Josky is a reworded remix of the second half of this song.
Etoile du Nord-
He sounds completely different at different points of song at request the Verckys Mateta himself who wanted Koffi become fully confident and prove his mettle by singing with different vocal ranges. From this point on (according to Verckys) Koffi became comfortable enough to go solo after a period of hesitation.
