I'm having trouble finding the footage, but the only artist to have formal dialogue with combatants was Emeneya (RIP) a few years ago. It was a debate in Holland and they actually quite respectful towards him, despite Emeneya finding holes in basically all their arguments. Admittedly, they were the more level-headed combatants
