that company was " likonzi protege" and now that they have fallen out koffi has gone for "securité aigle " something like that while keepin one or two of his bodyguards of the past and then getting them into the new company
so there is a more or less direct allusion to that and a subtle one to fabregas' recent change of behaviour towards him

How did the Hugo guy get killed? Did the person responsible get arrested? And how would security be able to stop the actual police, so they can't be blamed for that.

Hugo was killed by shots during a period of protests between people and police he got badly injured then passed away later at hospital
