Many people choose Prudence as their favorite Reddy-album, but for me it's Ziggy. You can feel that this album done with alot of emotion. In those era people accussed Reddy for alot of bad things, since that alot of people began to die in his open-air concerts and his populairity went even a down for that. The Ziggy-album could not equal the succes of the Prudence-album and the exceptions of people, since that it was one of most awaited albums of 1996. But the album was a still succesful with the songs Libala, Verite Kinuani, Interet, Destinee & Ziggy.

Libala is the best song of that album. Reddy Amisi really sang well in that song.

I concur; Sec Bidens and Rigo Star worked their magic on Ziggy in addition to Reddy's emotional compositions. Prudence is a close second.

The acoustic arrangements for the sebenes and the songs recorded in Kin were very mediocre. He didn't do proper promotion for that album, so it was a commercial flop. Though not solo, I much preferred Fin d'exil with Stino during that period.

I'm not talking what album contains the best sebene or animation. I'm talking about the best album in terms of arragements and Composition. I don't know if you understand Lingala, but if you listen to the content of the songs Reddy made, you will prefer all Reddy albums made before Compteur a Zero above it. Espcially Ziggy, Prudence and the Queen Lina-EP, which contains Bomengo Ata Kala (The best song Reddy ever wrote)

mvulusi96, I don't understand lingala, only French. But I can see where you are coming from. I know if I understood lingala I would probably appreciate arrangments and composition more. But I will give his older albums another listen.
