I see this not as a real generique, but more as a folkloric Kikongo-song. Because the song is dedicated to Ngoma Maguy and Ekokota is not really showcasing the cries from the Kin-E-Bouge album, which was normally the case in all generiques of the '90s and early '00s.

Rocky Blanchard Miatezolo's bass really killed the generic and then Do Akongo's Zebola rhythm on 1:41 min.I liked Miatezolo's crazy bass-lines in V12, Magie, Noblesse Oblige & Pas de Faux Pas.  It's strange how Miatezolo didn't really benefit from QL's succes compared to Binda Bass & Pathy Bass. He was far better than Binda Bass & Pathy Bass. He had alot of bad luck by not getting his visa on time for the '98-tour (Zenith, Bercy & Droit de Veto). Still don't get it why Koffi chose Silawuka above him for Attentat & Bercy.
