Yes. It's my favorite solo album along with Noblesse Olbige, V12 & Effrakata. No I don't think if it was done by the Quartier Latin-squad of 1991 that it would be better. Koweit Rive Gauche was recorded in 1991 and Quartier Latin was by that time not strong enough. More than the half of the squad which recorded Pas de Faux Pas came after the release of Koweit Rive Gauche. Quartier Latin participated on Noblesse Oblige, but they were helped by session musicians, because they didn't had the maturitu to record the whole album by themself. Koffi Olomide invited then Beniko Popolipo, Djudju-chet Luvengoka, Ngouma Lokito, Maika Munan & Nyboma Canta. Koff Olomide asked then Beniko Popolipo to join Quartier Latin, so that he could train Felly Tyson, Lebou Kabuya, Rocky Blanchard Miantezolo, etc. and helping him to direct the band, since that the most guys were younger than 25. Champion Djikapela was the first member of QL to play drums in a Koffi-solo album. Because Koffi was always invited Djudju to play the snare-drums from the beginning to the end (V12 & Noblesse Oblige), since that Coco Tchomba was a very limited drummer.
