so while modifying text to adapt to congolese context so that people understand easily story of caligula,karmapa threw some personal shots to hit back,he had even initially announced album title as 46664 as to say koffi thinks like mobutu he always wins any situation thanks to power and his wealth,and reminding him that mobutu was known for his dominant politics and wealth but mandela went down in history for his fight for peace
so its better to be a mandela than a mobutu,hence the reference to prison number
