Who tought that back in 1986 when Roxy Tshimpaka he was along with Ben Nyamabo the leader of Choc Stars that he would rejoin Zaiko one day Yoto Nkelani "Delta Force" was a talented lead-guitarist, sad that we didn't hear more from him. He got the opportunity to play on Zekira & Nzete ya Mbila.

I don't know. Maybe that they had problems with getting visa's. In a interview of Nyoka Longo back in 1999. He said that Koffi Olomide snitched to the embassadies that Nyoka Longo and Zaiko were mobutists (with Nyoch relationship with Blanc Blanc using as proof). Which made them not travel for a moment. But I don't know which moment he was reffering it could be 1993-1994) or (1996-1999). I think the last one. This concert was on 29th June 1993 and they went on tour in 1994 and released Avis de Recherche early 1995. But their long silence was not not finishing their succes. those illegal cassettes of concerts in the areas of Kinshasa with the new cries and songs of Avis de Recherche made swing everybody. Back in 1994 Adamo, Baroza & Malage de Lugendo recorded a zong-zing album, since that they were fed up to wait to release on 1 song. seeing that they were already 6 years in Zaiko having only 1 song on their name. They were fired after the Europe-tour like JP Buse & Pepe Felly Manuaku in the past.

I remember a friend of mine arguing with my cousin about Zaiko & Wenge. With my cousin saying that Wenge is better "toujours likolo, etc." and then my friend praising Zaiko and talking about their past, what they contributed in the Congolese-scene, etc. and then started singing very proudly Dede. With my cousin replying very hard "aah yope longwa naba dede, dede nayo" imitating then after that nyoka longo voice and vocal "dede eeh" hahahahaha. and then my friend starting crying. With my sister of my cousin saying "aah ya'johnny, yo tata mobimba bongo ozo lela makambu ya pamba boye' hahahaha. With everybody laughing at him


Does somebody noticed the way they changed "aah la vache qui rit' in  "Aah dont papa est t'il nourrison ?" (which was in the back in 1991 "aah ca, c'est bon ca" )? People are complaining about nasty songs and animation. But its Zaiko who started it. Back in 1975 you had a song called alube ntina. In which Nyoka Longo was singing 'peuple, peuple yoka lisolo, alube ntina!!! eloko yako suba ekoma ya kotekisa. Eh baba avandi, avandi na yango eeh ya. papa atengami, atengami na yango eh yaya. Maman azui ko, azui ko na yango eya. alube ntina muana mama, alube ntina!!!

Aah tonton skol mawa. They really lost their influence in DR Congo. Back in 90's and 80's they were everywhere. Last year I saw nobody drinking Skol, only Nkoy and Primus. Which made me ask myself if Skol still exist in Congo DR. Nkoy is now more popular than Primus.
