Nice featering, so sad that Papa Wemba died before recording of videoclip. There was a big concert planned at Hotel Invest for the presentation of Matire d'Ecole with Wemba inviting Werrason, JB Mpiana, Nyoka Longo & Barbara Kanam and he had to present Bendoson that day who returned. But he died before that big event.

Triple Option was also a good featering. It had to be a featering of Mbilia Bel with Papa Wemba. But Mbilia Bel refused to participate. Wemba did everything to contact her but she was refusing to talk with him and never gived a reason. Surely because of those many "songi-songi" stories (he said that, she said that, bla bla bla), Congolese musicians are so childish sometimes.



Then you got also Chasse a l'Homme with JB Mpiana. Which has also to be recorded after his concert in Abidjan.

Maitre d'Ecole was a good album, but not good received. While Papa Wemba very motivated to prove Fally Ipupa and Ferre Gola, who weren't making real rumba in his opinion.So he came with his Rumba na Rumba-concept. I remember back in 2012 that Maitre d'Ecole had to be album with only 10 songs. But it ended up to be album of 25 songs, adding a generique, his tribute songs to Emeneya and the songs of his world-album which didn't came out (I think that he knew that he would die very soon).

Apart from featurings this one kills for me...Zamba on solo just pure class
