Who still remember the featuring Fally made with DJ Arafat in 2010 after Zenith ?



I remember Maison Mere-fans hating Fally for the original version of that generique. Saying that he attacked Werrason by singing "Le Lion dort ce soir" (the lion slep this tonight), while it was already recorded in 2008. This all because the interview he made with Claudy Siar were he mentioned Adolphe Dominguez and not Werrason.  At the FIKIN of 2009 the public was going crazy when Fally was singing that part. With Werrason sending people to attack him on tv months long. Then in 2010 Fally was fed up with those attacks and started to call them "impoli" with Papy Kakol going to the same journalist and wearing the same clohts he wore and saying very angry "werrason alakisa biso impolitesse" with the journalist thinking wtf and understanding that he did that to attack Fally with him correct Kakol by saying "politesse", but Kakol still repeating that.

I distinctly remember both flopping hard (all A2BM generiques for that matter) in DRC & CIV. To the point he was mocked and became insecure with the generique department. He subsequently cleaned house and recruited a bunch of new atalakous leading up to Power.

Meanwhile WMM was dominating popluar music with the Techno Malewa craze carrying into 2010.

Qui est Deriere Toi? & Générique Bokoko were also dominating the hit parades when I was in Kinshasa early that year. Also, Felix Wazekwa with "La chèvre de M. Seguin" and later "Vraie puissance", even though Koffi tried to sabatoge both.

I do love A2BM for it's great, now classic rhumbas. The Zenith Live is also one of the best live albums, though it was actually recorded during a private session.
