They have made inquiries to get detailled infos,and it appears that fally will perform in a configuration of almost 12K people rather than the full 19k and none of our stars who performed there performed on the full configuration and they showed prices for seats in every part,price to hire the hall under certain configuration or full one....and as it stands 80-90 per cent of tickets are sold
interesting to discover that they could change configuration of bercy i have always thought that  it was just like zenith and people just would want to see if its full or not

Are artists still not allowed to perform at night in Paris ? Because I see that the concert starts on 8. The Bataclan-attacks really changed everything, them also bringing the configuration of Bercy back to 19.000 for security-reasons while the capacity is 20.300 since 2012 (it used to be 17.000 before 2012). I think that the concert-promoter put the configuration of Bercy on 12.000 for security reasons, in the case that combattans would try to make an attack in te hall, if the concert not got cancelled by the police. Because that used to be their plan B during JB's Zenith of 2013 and Heritier's Olympia.

So Koffi Olomide, Werrason, JB Mpiana and Papa Wemba all lied to us. With the BCBG-fans and journalist Mbuyi Bwe Bwe being right about saying that Maison Mere just peformed the half of the hall (batia rideau na kati kati ya salle lol) just to justify their mpiaka. Kus Kusanaka has to call Bercy to come with those the attendence the "big four"had at Bercylike they did with the video about those fake gold records. Because Werrason used to brag that he made a record attendence at Bercy and that they put his name in Guiness Records-book and he kept saying like 15 years long. It very strange to hear that they never performed in front of the full configuration, because if I remember well the French press said that Koffi Olomide filled all 17.000 seats when he performed there. Interesting to see that Fally didn't instantly sell out Bercy like I thought he would. And if his concert starts at 8, that means it probably won't be your standard, 6-hour Congolese concert.

The way the big 4 claimed to have sold out Bercy when they really didn't makes me think that they just cared more about playing at the prestigious Bercy rather than actually selling out the place. Remember, it was all about the bragging rights back then.

Can't Fally Ipupa hire more security? I'm sure if he reaches out to the French authorities for additional personnel, they will give it to him in exchange for monetary compensation for the man hours.

If more security will ensure a bigger audience, his staff should hire more security. The idea is NOT to let the combatants have their way

It's a shame because the 12 000 places will not be enough to accommodate everyone, already that 19 000 seemed not enough...

i think the price of full configuration and the security  was too big for the producer of the show
