This is the generique Itokia from the Itokia Album by Mabele Elisi who was a group who played pretty much Mongo Folklore. The Folklore is usually traditional music with no electronics nor modern instruments but only African isntruments and native instruments. The Mongo are Bangalas who simply speak a harder version of Lingala which is very difficult ti understand for Congolese people used to Standard Lingala

Jaojoby is considered the father of a very popular genre in Madagascar called Salegy go listen to Salegyusic is really beautiful and I think is the only music that can compete im terms of melodies with the Ndombolo music.
I know for sure Mabele Elisi didn't steal the rhytm from Jaojoby, I only found affascinating that Congolese Kusic and Salegy music are pretty similar despite being two total different cultures
