Is it me or betweem all the groups JB seems to be the leader that is most loved by his employees? Except for the bitter Abel, Dolain Masemgi, Abraham (wow Abraham of everybody should have been the last one to talk bad about JB who basically transform him with the help of our best friend Kibens into a proper singer)  and Djino Kaporedji, it is really rare to hear a current or former member of Wenge BCBG talking bad of JB, while we have heard so much time the countless stories about the humiliation that Maison Mere, Quartier Latin members face, after that in some group people might like the leader they work with but they are not satisfied with the salary (F'Victeam, Light Music etc.) why do you think out of every leader JB seems to be the one most loved?

Brudda have you not seen all the ex PPU's interviews with Ado Yuhe? They even said each of them have tried to approach him but he keeps snubbing them, even CNN. Chikito Mutakatif who was in both QL (after Academia was formed) and PPU, Indirectly admitted that he has better memories in QL and also has indirectly said a couple of times that Koffi was a better boss. Don't forget recently almost all ex BCBG members were really mad at Jb because of that famous interview he did when talking about Werra, Fally and him not having any successful musical children, because he used a poor choice of words making it sound like he meant that anyone that left bcbg didn't have talent, with guys like Titina, Djino, Abel and others responding in interviews and the rest of ex BCBG musicians were very very pissed behind the scenes.

Back in the day after they left Blaise Bula, Alain Mpela, Aimelia Lias, Burkina Faso (Who still does) , Tutu Calluji, Chai Ngenge, Sunda Bass (R.I.P) have all dissed Jb in interviews at one point after leaving.
Guys like Eric Menthe still does, even going as far saying that he was known before he went to bcbg and it's thanks to Sam Tshintu he his known today (which is kinda true in a way). Burkina Faso still talks bad of Jb and there have been other ex musicians that talk bad but it just doesn't go viral or noticeable.

 jb's issue with ppus is that he has thrown his anger of ngulu problems on them which is partly understandable for a moment since for whatever reason when musicians do not return even if ngulu disappeared in same tour the french authorities would know true musicians did not return,dont forget also that all those groups of then used to snitch on each other due to rivalry  so it was known that real musicians were leaving also which gradually lead to fally and ferre in recent years faiing their project of fara fara zenith olympia
he needs to move on from that but then you know leaders,none of them tolerate musicians whose story is said by the staff as " ah boss asololaka bien te na kombo na yo hein"
which is why every of those who spoke well of jb(4X4 members put aside) spoke well of him because they talked well of him and he helped them when they needed,thats how congolese music works
bogus bompema said recently that jb funded his album done in and out of bcbg and his trip and whole family trip to europe,chai said a couple of times  some "unpleasant" things he has not been given the same advantages in return as bogus
metro when he came with positive talk after a shaky start,compare with abraham who has several times  said stuff not the same thing
its the same thing everywhere,fally is not seen like jordan,celeo is not seen like jdt,gesac is not seen like joss diena and so on

Do you expect F'Victeam to completely return in Kinshasa?

 honestly no but i know that the fact they will have tours straight away will be used as incentive,lets be honest almost any group of drc gone to europe now would be lucky to return even with half the list if musicians can do their choice in full freedom

One of the things that has made me a hardcore BCBG fanatic is the way generally JB relates to band members. BTW this attribute is what makes people go tongs and hammer on him.
He is generally a good person and that is not good for a band leader.

The other thing is that he helps slot of musicians without saying so. Being so much in tune with band members I can with authority say that most of them cannot survive in another band. He goes to the extend of settling them afterwards. This is why you will find a lot of musicians secretly wish to join BCBG.

Lastly I think him and Wazekwa treat female dancers with better decency than others.
