We all have different tastes, personally the album I found to be boring was Internet, it was much later in 2003 when I began to like the album Internet because it was the only CD I had in my car as then I had all albums on cassette and left them in Zambia having arrived in the UK in 2002.

Anti Terro is a good album, the only songs I found unnecessary were IKolo Martyrs and Somewhere which was an instrumental.

I can understand why you found Internet boring because it came out the same year/period as Kibuisa Mpimpa and Effrakata. Also the Internet Generique wasn’t that good, which for me kind of messed up the album a little bit.
But Anti Terro is not a good album, the sound wasn’t good and the clips were straight trash and cheap. But I will say I like the Anti Terro Generique better than Internet Generique.
