He was the man who filled Makaba void in Wenge 4x4 when Makaba stayed in Europe after the recordings  of Kin E Bougé and he was also Wenge’s main solist during Makaba long absence from 1994 until that Japonais arrived in 1996. The problem was that he started to be in Burkina Faso’s shadow after Wenge’s split. When Burkina Faso left for Maison Mère he re-became the main solist, but he didn’t convince on the Internet album. Fi-Carré has times that he’s on fire, but there are also times that he lacks creativity. That’s why other guitarists are given easily the number 1 spot.
