Papy Bastin joined Extra Musica years later after its creation in 1993. He joined Extra Musica in 1998 being recruited as reserve-member by Quetin Moyascko along with his friend Papy Jay, just before the split. His first album with Extra was Shalai in 1999, which is Extra’s fifth album so definitely impossible to put him next to the 6 (7) Extra Musica co-founders
Who are the 6 (7) Co-Founders of Extra? And why Roga Roga fails to mention the other 4?
Because of conflicts and the way they left. Roga has been starting mentioning Durrel Loemba since 3 ago after reconcilation with each other in Brazzaville. Back in the days never used to mention Durrel, especially during Extra Musica Zangul vs Extra Musica International rivalery. During the La Main Noire-days he restarted to mention Guy-Guy Fall, but I don't know what happened between both days after it. The same for Kila Mbongo who tried to return in 2007, but the return being a flop, due to the issues with voice. But still being in contact with Roga until whatever happened.
