these guys faced the worst moments of ferre,a very very difficult and eventful start which i think ferre was not transparent enough about with the musicians,so they have a lot of memories of getting done dirty while ferre started actually making proper proper money after them with the primus payrise to jump above wazekwa as the third biggest earner,and getting improved concerts money
and  also lets be honest was following the maison mere system,there is hype around,create money for yourself through people around
but the salary thing i honestly believe even if there is a low forcing bands to pay musicians 200 every concert or every month,its still wont be satisfying for musicians,which is why ever since congolese music exists none of the ex members of group ever do clearly better than their ex leaders in their financial treatment of the musicians,if anything the leaders target is making the money theycould not make  in groups and thats it

Where is he nowadays and what is he doing?

He lives in Brussels and performs every weeking with Chabrown (Ex'Nouvelle Ecriture singer), Heritier Ngoma Bass, Equalizer and co in Belgium

Ngwanzu said Werrason decided to put Chevignon-synthé in the first tream  after Les Marquis-split. But Thierry Synthe was still in Maison Mere at that time. Was it a way to punish Thierry Synthé for being in Les Marquis-project. If it is for this reason, then it's weird because Thierry Synthe stayed loyal to Werrason and was even the person that warned Werrason to pay the musicians before taking the flight back to Kinshasa after the UK-tour that led to Ferre, Bill and JDT's departure. Why are Congolese bandleaders often like that to punish bandmembers who stay loyal when musicians leave ? It reminds me of the way Koffi treated  Mboshi, Do Akongo, Ondo, Binda Bass and Popolipo after Droit de Veto.

I noticed that most musicians of Operation Dragon (Bonbon Kojack and co), Ferre Gola, Bill Clinton, Baby Ndombe, Alain Mpela came from Ngiri-Ngiri. Did they do it with a  purpose ?
