groups in general tend to save a lot of new animation for when they release,out of fear that other artists record it first then they end up being seen as having copied them(since its no more acceptable even between artists who get along to share same animations like in the past)
you'll notice for example in the case of bcbg that they are mainly using genta's animations in concerts or jb's own ones which they have tested over and over again in concerts among the past years then making improvements on it and adding here and there some of his new work ,saving the work of fusee and co as much as possible
