its true,but i feel like the public of drc rarely allow that,as soon as they decide that you are past it dead and buried for them, most will try to limit as much as possible the impact of your revival,maybe thats why some artists just do their absolute best to never stay away from spotlight so that they keep feeding people with impression that they are active
i have not seen a single radical revival since maybe the one of late wendo in the start of the kabilas era or a little bit zaiko one decade ago
