It was an old thing of 6 years ago where he gave the african dad punishment to his daughter and when she went to school they noticed so the social workers of the school noticed since its not legal to punish physically children in france and the issue was due judgement when she turned major but at that time ferre was stuck in kinshasa in lockdown and had moved to another city in france in terms of adress so he never had time to get the letters until they did the judgement without him assuming he had ran away and condemned him so when he came to france after the judgment and was going back to equatorial guinea he was held under custody at airport and then it was matter of time to start legal action to try overturn the decision
i am not sure that he is really free,her manager said he was not yesterday only,but apparently he could have been free already but with constraint,so he decided rather than being free but still under control he'd reach a certain number of days so that the case is closed
