Did Werrason push Karmapa behind the scenes? Because the album had Eric Lukasi as executive producer who used to be close to Werrason. In the album there were shout-outs towards King Tekila, Werrason's wife Sylvie Mapaata and other influent people of Maison Mere. Btw when promoting his album in Kinshasa, he immediately got a contract with Bracongo (Skol) and through Erick Lukasi's management he got nominated at the Kora Awards of 2004 as Best Male Artist of Central Africa.

I remember Karmapa once saying in an interview (with I think Ado Yuhe), that when he was thinkig about the name of his first album, Werrason said to him that he had to name it "Nani Apesa yo Permission ?" and adding that Werrason and Wazekwa were in conflict at that time. In his first album, Karmapa threw alot shots towards Felix Wazekwa.

This all made me also wonder why this wasn't the case anymore for Karmapa's second album "Temps d'Amour", about influent people of Maison Mere not receiving shout-outs and what was the reason of their fall out with Werrason ?

lol bro you will laugh about the reason why felix and werra falled out,its well possible that werra helped karmapa and it could have also been indirectly a response to jb helping wazekwa get primus deal, since in those days it went by the logic of countering everything, one brings shegues, the other replies, one brings family members the other replies, one takes 50 plus members the other replies, even if it takes using strong juju or dating sidekicks of the ambassadors to get more influence and stuff like that
i dont believe karmapa and werra falled out but surely more there was some "conflict of interest" around,a bit like when mbetenge was helping out other groups ezalaki kopesa bien te in that era if you are with x stick with x unlike now that you have groups who hate each other but still have some common people

Loool its too funny, cafe etienne went to a maison mere conceet wearing the full kibuisa mpimpa pocket clothes,so the staff convinced werra that it was wazekwa who sent him to humiliate him while it was just that those type of clothes were the trend at that moment
so nsone and wazekwa did not talk until a kora i think or kunde i dont remember years after where ferre talked to wazekwa at hotel and reported to werra that he had nothing to do with that situation
