Looks like Congolese artists aren't performing often anymore in Cabinda like it used to be from 2003 to 2012. Back then if you were in spotlights in Kinshasa and your album having succes, they would always ending up by performing in Cabinda. With also some polemic starting between artists about who having the biggest welcoming from fans at the border of moanda/iema and cabinda and about who having the biggest crowd. What happened ? Was it because of only one concertpromoter having a kind of monolpoly and not being active anymore or what ?  Or has the problem Fally Ipupa used to with a concerpromoter called David Domingos Tuti back in 2011 which created polemic ?
