In this interview around min 28 wazekwa is talking about a story of a woman who talked to him and was saying that she was poisoned,she works as a money changer from dollars to euros to congolese francs or vice versa and next to her there was another person doing the same job,but she was getting more clients due to her being more welcoming and that person got jealous and came with donuts and was praising her donuts that its so good and so on and wanted her to taste,and gave her the parts which were intentionally poisoned to eliminate her "competition"

the security is also getting worse saw last months videos of families living in kisenso and makala. saying that they all left their home because of kuluna's making their neighboorhood unsafe, invading houses every moment in the night to rape women/girls and kill/injure people with their machetes. the police not being able to safe the population because themselves also being scared, not having enough funds/materials and many also being corrupt. the governement doing nothing because they use themselves for personal purposes (for example elections to eliminate supporters of opposants) and dirty jobs. during the elections of 2006 & 2007 many kuluna's were paid by politicans. i won't be surprised if kuluna's will terrorize people with guns within 5/10 years.
