How come Kipe Ya Yo is so short, isn't technically a group album?

If I remember well people were waiting for Chemin de Fer, because it was announced that it would be released for September 2005. Then in early 2005, Kisindjora, Mosaka and Roger Nguanda said that Wenge BCBG would release a single of 2 songs soon called Balle de Match.

Then for whatever reason they changed the title as Kipe ya Yo and saying that it was a group album that would be released in autum or december 2005. The musicians who didn't had a song on Anti Terro, Seguin, Kibens, Rio, Chai and Tutu Kaluji all getting the opportunity to put a song on that album along with Bogus. But not long after that JB Mpiana changed his mind and pushed Kipe ya Yo to 2006, because the primus-generique Kipala Nzonzaku still having a huge succes and him not wanting to put the succes it down by releasing another disc a few months later. But for whatever reason, Kipe ya Yo ended up by getting released in 2007.
