This is a microcosm of why Congo and Africa don't work, you work your ass off, you finally create something that is viable like music and then you get scammed or not even paid,  in Camerun too there was this YouTuber Philippe Simo whom had worked with a company in Camerun and basically Philippe gave them the material and things waiting for a pay that never came 
Africa's problem it isn't lack of resources of lack of talent but corruption and the fact that even if you boss hard you won't get the same result of the guy who placed himself better then you

As I said, the Clan Wenge is a group of hypocrites and opportunists. Both Blaise Bula and Werrason have ressentiment towards one another over other issues than just copyright company. Copyright is the tip of the iceberg. This explain why during the original Wenge years that JB Mpiana was the leader. Blaise, Adolphe, Werrason, Masela and Makaba could not never gotten along well without JB Mpiana. Kija Brown's statement with Ado Yuwe still ring true today.

Werrason is not doing his reputation any good with all these allegations coming against him every other week. Still, the picture is never complete with only one side of the story.

unfortunately werra does not talk much about it,the only time he did off late was the one where he openly accused blaise of stealing in a rude way
i think ultimately what goes against nsone is that he sticks too much with the same camp from the start of all this 10 years ago,in every crisis that company has had he's always been on the same side regardless of all the changes and i think thats where the affective part hurt blaise in the sense that he never made an exception in trying at least to give a chance to his friend to explain himself
then blaise got cleared by justice after he proved with all the papers that he never stole
their case is purely influenced by the fact they are childhood friends,reddy amisi also accused blaise probably worse than werra but they've meet and sorted it out and are friends now and i think thats what he regrets,but he should maybe not have gone so raw emotional about it because now it will hurt werra's ego and make it even more difficult,maybe he should have tried to associate jb and adolphe for example in a mediation between them(or he tried and failed then went fxxk it i dont have anything to lose anymore)

So basically Ya Jossart's mandate ended but he doesn't want to vacate office?

I'm struggling to understand this story. There is a company that handles copyright issues. Essentially it should be a legal entity, which should be sued in case it mismanages funds. A legal entity has a clearly defined structure. Werrason is only a member of that leadership team, there is a bigger team that decides on things. Questions:
1. How can leadership team be voted out and it refuses to vacate office? Why not go to court?
2. Why is Blaise Bula not dragging the entire team whose leadership mandate expired to court other than singling out Werrason? Surely we know very well that the two aren't friends apart from being part of the same band years ago.
3. How will going to the media help the situation if this has not worked in the past?
4. Does that company by default represent all musicians or it is by affiliation? Anything that represents all musicians by default can be challenged but if it is by affiliation, why not leave it?

Sometimes it feels like the Wenge guys are trying so hard to reignite the polemique so that they can steal some attention from he Ferre/Fally rivalry...I don't think it is coincidence that JB makes that directed statement, Aldophe joins with his comment, this Blaise Bula interview and then Blaise Bula is seen toasting with Aldophe ....

1 bro this company has ALWAYS had this problem,ever since it was created,the first board was ejected by force,the blaise one by force before reaching elections times,then ya jossart and late verkys battled out strongly for years,in short this company has always ended in court stuff and political nepotism maintaining somebody by force
2 blaise is attacking the whole board,starting from the president nyoka longo jossart,he insisted on the werra part a bit more because of who werra is to him and how after they had squashed their beefs for wenge reunion werra did not call him to inform him directly that the techically illegal board he's in had proceeded to royalties sharing and passed through two people while they are friends
3 all the previous drama before theirs have all ended on media,in court,and even reached the level of physical guet-apens or fist fight even
4 it is by affiliation blaise in particular seems to have a deep link with that company since he was part of the co-founders and the company literally started on his funds,so despite being humiliated twice he still comes back because he believes he has a mission to fulfill
in reality its not a company for musicians only,its for all sorts of art,even journalists,even guys like mze kindingu if you know him can pretend to rights but its musicians by far the noisiest and the most troublesome
i believe both werra and blaise want to do well for that company but the thing is that both of them are extremely loyal to authorities of each at ministry of culture or in the governement in general who are like godfathers to their camps and thats what blaise regrets(and which werra surely does aswell ) that they dont take a step back in putting their friendship first all the time

what did tata say as a comment i missed that,and as for the fact they were seen hanging together,blaise and tata are extremely close they are by a distance those who see each other the most among the big guys,but i feel you,its not impossible at all,and even on werra's side it also benefits him because he likes a bit of spice before his album releases so even if it was real beefs,its strategically welcome to build the hype
