I disagree. This generique has a strong solo at the beginning, but then it became monotonous and gimmicky for the rest of the song. Ekoyebana, and those life must go on generiques were way better than this one

The guitar is a bit out of tune, something sounds off during the mixing and mastering. I heard ferre shout jp kyss, but maybe it was recorded in kinshasa mixed in kinshasa, then mastered in paris.

i kind of get what you want to say,it was recorded in paris,then ferre went to kinshasa to add marchouse muana kongo and kunzardo on the generique,so there is some sort of mix between the soft polished sound of france studios in terms of most generiques(you have to go back to the days of th effrakata and co to have that aggresive yet extremely melodic sound which then appeared later in kinshasa) done there in the recent years and the sound of kinshasa and there could be some sort of "imbalance" in the mixing

Listen for example from 2nd minute to the generique of nouvel horizon full done in brazza but just mixed in france how the mixing does a better  justice to how hard the musicians hit their parts( talking about that raw hard hitting sound our musicians struggle to replicate well when recording with french engineers)
that being said the generique is good and a certified hit with the animation already having done well from the adidas arena campaign

My opinion is that our Ferre  should  stop  transforming awesome live  sebens into studio  versions- I was  looking forward  to the #Kintueni studio verison but am 110%  that the repetition version is  far  much better- they  should have   just   produced  as  was.
