After seeing on social media different videos of this European Gospel band selling Zenith de Paris out, I came to the conclusion that performing at Zénith de Paris, should normally not be a challenge anymore for Kinshasa-based artists. I have never heard any song of this band, but what they did is crazy. Performing in Paris is now just like performing in Kinshasa. We are with many now in Europe. The crowd during the concert was just with children that are born and/or grew up here. Imagine if their was also liked by first generation migrants, than they had to double or triple the event at Zénith.. I just saw that they will perform at Bercy in June 2025.It made me wonder how gospel artist Deborah Lukau and Mike Kalambayi just performed in a smaller configurations but still failed
If I recall, Moise Mbiye was supposed to do Zenith as well and he's currently one of the biggest, if not the biggest, Congolese gospel artists of our time. He kept postponing it many times until he ultimately cancelled it for whatever reason.
gospel concerts are easy to sell out because churches get together and pressure their members to buy tickets or attend.
