yeah we were couple of avenues apart he was friends with one of my older brothers and was even taking me to school along with his own brothers jp and germain i was in europe when he created cultura but i knew the project because he had gone to kin the year before and performed the maquette of his unreleased work with koffi with a band of another area of matete which had nono fudji and his "twin" eboa and from then his guys started pushing him to create his own band which he was not ready for since he still was working then it happened 2years later
honestly i was mixed because he lacked dancing,and i was part of those who encouraged him to make an effort about it(which is why you can see he is one of the worst at waist dancing because it was not something natural),it had to take exclusive sessions for hours with his dancers mboyo,breveté lukima and mochristo who now does music in brazza to elevate his level so once he mixed that and adding animation to his band with the proverbs i knew he had tools now to succeed but i must admit signature took me off guard,because sponsor and signature where prepared at the same time just recorded months apart but the gap of success was huge
