I mean,Awilo is pretty know for using already used cries I don't think there is anything surprising, plus before Werra came with that concept of "Guys are stealing my crie, I can only use my crie and you use yours" there were so many atalakus who used to do the same cries and in my opinion it was beautiful because you could see different flavors of the same song, is like when Cellulaire (RIP) was in BCBG sometimes I couldn't understand if it was him or Genta singing but it was nice because their voice being so similar was something that complemented them well, with that said I think Werra came with bat concept with Temoignage and then from then on, it became "bad" or "sans inspiration" to use other people's cries

Plus not only cries but I remember that there was a G7 or Extra Musica's partition that Japonais used I don't remember it on top of my head which one but I will try to listen to the Team Wata material with Japonais and G7 and Extra' songs to understand what it was, plus I have noticed now that Bicorine Makaba, especially in Fleche Ingeta days used to take Gianni Mangoma's partition and made it his own

There was even an interview of the Atalaku from Zaiko the one who us super skinny and with glasses with a King Kester Emeneya haircut whom when asked if he feared Tutu Caludji as an Atalaku (back when he was in BCBG) he replied with "How can I fear someone who steal my cries?" I don't rmemeber his name so I can't find the interview but I hope the name will come to mind

Animating someones cri is not a problem. Atalaku’s have been doing it since the late 80s, when the Kwassa-Kwassa virus came. Each band having his own version of Kwassa-Kwassa and the cri’s that orginated from Swede Swede de Kintambo, Classic Swede-Swede of Boketshu, Mbonda Loningisa of 12 Balles, etc. Later also cri’s like Moto, Mandundu, Situtala, Ndombolo, etc. It’s when Wenge Maison Mere released Force d’Intervention Rapide that Maison Mère started to taunt Tutu Calugi for “stealing” Bill Clinton’s cri and that he was not the GOAT like people were claiming back in the days, since it were according the Maison Mère-camp "Bill’s creations" and later on after Kibuisa Mpimpa, they started attacking all bands for copying Bill but not credit him and also claiming that they were stealing their dances and cri, while most cri’s and dances just came from small bands and/or being traditional Kongo and Luba-songs. So from 2002, most bands slowly stopping with using the same cri’s.

But copying guitar-partitions is different. Back in the days bands used to have sometimes 3 or even 4 solists. It was impossible to see someone reproduce the same sebene. Unless it was the soloist creation (already played in the past in other tracks) or done on demand by the songwriter, who wanted the same sebene as a song he did in the past or the remix-version. A confirmed lead-guitar reproducing a sebene another solist, would be seen as an unproductive solist and lacking creativity back in the days. Copying guitar-parition was only accepted by street-bands, who wanted to make it. Like the way the same G-7 played a part of the partition Maitre Fi-Carré played in the song La Verite of Adolphe Dominguez, Wenge Musica 4x4 played a small part of late rhythm guitare Tofla Kitoko of Victoria Eleison in the song Dodo la Rose, etc.

I’m not a real fan of music that came after 2007-08, especially after 2012. But I  think that nobody is paying attention to solists copying guitar-paritions, because of people don’t really being focused on sebene anymore and the same sebenes not having the same impact like it used to be back in the days
