I don't think that youngsters choosing gospel over regular music is due to witchcraft. I think that it's more because of knowning that they parents would automatically accept their children doing gospel music, since it's for church instead of regular music, where 80% of the parents would probably say no, because of its reputation and seeing people doing regular music as thugs (voyou).At the same time it's easier to do breakthrough with gospel music, its also easier for them to get accepted by music-fans, especially for those that are born in Europe. It's almost impossible for European born youngsters and those who grew up here to get taken serious when doing rumba-ndombolo music. The amount of youngsters doing gospel music will only grow, for the way different gospel artists are performing and filling halls like Dome de Paris, Zenith de Paris, etc. and planning shows at Bercy, them thinking that it's will be easy to achieve it. The problem is now, if they would easily make their fans change their life or convert them into christianity like elders did through their songs and let people cry. Because if you see the people who go to their concerts, it's almost the same that go to Fally, Ferre and Werrason, also them not acting like saints like it used to back in the days in gospel-concerts or dressing totally different, while today you'll see girls dressing sexy for such concerts
