back in the days concerts of such big bands could near 10 hours on a weekly basis, and with the impact of urban music it got reduced a lot almost becoming like the new timing they have also got in europe where its become almost impossible to have 6 7 hours like before
and in the recent days or weeks,in order to satisfy all demand and not reject contracts anymore bcbg adopted a system of playing 3 consecutive concerts at different places the same day which would then match the type of timing they were used to but for three different contracts so more money for the group
so what they would do is while the first concert is advanced a part of the band already goes to start at the second venue, then same for the third, you can see in this video for example that there is three uniforms on the same stage because of that

Big bands such as Zaiko Langa Langa, TP OK Jazz, Choc Stars, etc. used to do that in the 1970s and 1980s. Even Wenge Musica 4x4 when started to get known. They would use Marie Paul, Manda Chante, Alain Mpela, Dello Bass and Alain Mwepu, etc. to start concerts to get joined by the rest later or Werrason and JB Mpiana starting concerts at different places and getting joined by each other. For whatever reason, this phenomenon slowly started to dissapear from the late 1990s with only Zaiko Langa Langa keeping doing it until that they settled in Europe.
