Simolo at some point explaining that when he came in Europe. His first album were he drummed being that of Fofana Moulady and him having difficulties to drum above the programmed drums. He was either to slow or to quick, which the reason why many preferred to leave their albums with programmed drums, because of most drummers having difficulties with it. This made him rehearse alot at home and master it. At that era him, Djudjuchet Luvengoka and Komba Bellow being the only drummers in Paris to have mastered it.
Simolo explaining the story, made me wonder if that wasn' t the reason why almost the whole album Porokondo of Nouvelle Generation was done with programmed drums although Awilo Longomba being there, who used to be one of the best drummers at that time
