This version would have boosted Sabalo even more, if Ferre decided to release this as final version instead of Bokoko.

I'm even surprised that Ferre didn't do a clip for Bokoko

Ferre Gola was in the process of shooting videos for Volume 2, as volume 1 of the Qui est Derriere Toi already been released. Some of the clips had already been shown on TV and YouTube (Je t'Attends and Diki-Diki). However, just before its release, he got into a conflict with General Dabira and Christian Ingani, which prevented many videos from being filmed and ultimately led to the project being abandoned

No wonder why on YouTube the quality of the videos of Diki Diki and Je t’attends are so bad.

SMH Ferre should’ve released this version instead of the one that made the cut. I remember seeing videos of them in studio sessions with Mwana Kongo but he eventually didn’t make the final album. Musmaria was a good animator, he had a powerful voice. I like the distortion, that’s something the should be used a little bit more these days.
