in the desire of looking for a big band after starting his career in jitrois' group after he left quartier latin he went for a test in fvicteam and it was djino liaki  who was handleing tests and he said to him to learn fully 10 songs for when the boss would be there to be introduced to people who passed tests in his absence,and unluckily for him fally decided to make him sing catafalque which was not in the 10 songs he rehearsed so he struggled with the lyrics and fally said to him to leave and come another day and when he went outside people in front of rehearsal told him with his looks and all that it was better for him to look for another group because it will be hard for him to be accepted and promoted like he'd aspire to there
so later on he went to ferre's rehearsals until one day he had opportunity to pass a test in front of ferre,and he said it was a bigger challenge for him because fally's singers were just doing strict interpretation of fally's songs while when he attended ferre's rehearsals there was constant battles about vocals created straight on stage during songs,so he was even wondering how he'd break into such a strong team
and that ferre is extremely demanding on his singers in studio you have to reach a certain level of work to convince him to give you space once you have completed chorus in the recording process

Do you think Ferre has some regrets about demanding so much from recruitment? Even though his band has more versatile singers than F'Victeam, it didn't seem to make much of a difference in terms of the overall competition. Fally is furthest ahead in terms of solo career and accomplishment. Ironically, Fally gave into pressure and allowed Libre Parcours, which some argued was a wasted investment since the generiques were the only universal success of the album. The culprit being the band didn't have that spirit of aggression that Fally, Ferre, and others had to be known in their own right back in QL and Wenge MM

Aside from Bercy Mwana and Marchouse, who is to Ferre like he was to Werra? All these years, there's no group album. It's almost as if he'd be better taking the route of Fally more explicitly by making the band  almost exclusively an accompaniment.

he made a mistake by listening to his guys back in 2010 telling him to focus on his albums first because of the competition with fally,otherwise surely that team would have been like how light music and villanova generation 1 gave a couple of solo artists
then the game changed and the two waves of moves to maison mere gave the usual "drop the effort the promoting musicians because of betrayal" and the self centered model which arrived in the last 10 years did the rest of the work,that being said this is by far the weakest generation of band members we've seen in our lifetime
about ferre's career overall i think one thing which impacted his image longterm is from what i remember back when i was around him he rejected a lot of things,for example he'd reject concerts of 12 musicians in africa a lot so instead of building a relationship by 'sacrificing" and then by 4 5 years getting 25 plus people on tours he prefered playing once here and there when the odd good proposal comes and bounce,and in that era of digital market and working with majors,he seems to me like he wants to have so much control of his career especially on the financial aspect that he does not want to systematically share his income like it would be if he  decided to sign with promoters structure and all that who are responsible of doing whatever it takes to make a global star with or without good music and since he is not obsessed "enough" by huge huge success,he'd rather grow slowly with people he knows and trust then just go boom with him feeling like a puppet of a system,his logic a bit close to jb's aswell hence the perception they give of being behind the career driven rivals
ferre seems however to have made some efforts about that in the recent times,he seems a bit less categorical with some stuff
