Yet to watch the full interview but from the intros i could catch part that he was saying that when they were on lockdown to prepare bercy at mama amy's house musicians were claiming  that they had a dream about each other attacking them, whilst they were in competition to get in the final list and that himself out of nowhere woke up three days before the trip with a big bump on his head and luckily koffi was there that day and he showed it to him
he talked about the special koffi fally relationship saying that outside their rehearsal sessions koffi used to rehearse in private a lot with fally alone, and that some songs it was then fally who would present it to them to learn in rehearsal(which might explain why some warriors like to say that some of koffi's classics of effrakata to monde arabe era were fally songs)
he also talked about  his test in maison mere and that he felt humiliated that werra asks the crowd if they are accepting him in the band while he was already very proven at the highest level
he also said that koffi when he wants rid of you you'll feel it and that he knew he was not making the monde arabe trip so he did not bother coming for the last week before the trip despite him having participated on some of the songs done or started in kinshasa
He also said that he did his test in wenge bcbg the same day as heritier and that they were not singing much in their first days so he got discouraged and kisindjora took him to quartier latin

Nigga literally gets his inspiration from goats and not the GOAT.

I was surprised to hear that Lola Muana was in the diamond-business during the Bana-Lunda era. If he stayed there he could have become a millionaire.

With Lola Muana explaining how he started music as a guitarist and later as bassist, explains everything how Lola would occasionally play bass during concerts of Quartier Latin. I was surprised to hear Abel Benz among the singers that convinced him to start singing. You would think that Abel would progress as singer, but he did not still not convince as singer, when he became part of Academia. Only the label of being Bozi’s son saved him.

Wasn’t the band from Mombele, the same band which had Zoe Bella, Adjani and late Zulema in the past ? It was crazy to hear that Auguy Solo of Magic System and Didier who played bass in Suzuki’s album Decompte Final were his musicians in Brazzaville.

Some years ago, Jimmy Mbonda made an interview with Teddy Mola, where he explained that singers like Soleil Wanga, Spino la Djatence and Lola Muana were doing tests to join Wenge BCBG upon their return from Europe. But them being rejected. I’m surprised to hear that he was accepted, but that he left because of never getting the chance to sing.

I wonder how the musicians were able to attack each other spiritually while they were staying in Mama Amy’s house to prepare the Bercy-show. Did they bring nkisi with them or were they specialists in witchcraft without needing to   consult witchdoctors?

Babia was really a troublesome guy, lol. Him eating for free at Maman Amy’s late restaurant without paying her,  leaving the rehearsal before the last song with Maman Amy always about his behaviour.

Lola Muana is here denying what was said about him being beaten on stage by Koffi, saying that it were just stories created by Zobozi. But he forgot or doesn’t know that those stories were spread by several people at that time and even staffmembers claiming that Koffi beat Lola several times on stage and backstage. Just  before Affaire d’Etat there several rumors being spread about Lola having left and Koffi not liking him anymore for missing a Quartier Latin-concert in Switserland to sing Mokili Echanger in a concert of Zaiko in Brussels.
I think that Werrason himself didn’t want Lola Muana in his band. There’s a video where Lola, Mustapha, Babia, and Fally were backing Werrason at Kimpwanza. While they were singing “Coco Madimba”,  there was a moment when Lola Muana sung high during “yahwe pesa” and Werrason gave him a side-eye. Hearing how there were often fights between fans in Maison Mère, you wouldn’t think Maison Mère comes from the Wenge Musica Bon Chic Bon Genre branch. It became basically a band of kuluna’s, while Wenge Musica BC-BG 4x4 was a band associated with class, elegance, bourgeois values, etc.

the was enfila musica then another one also in mombele indeed with zulema zoe adjedje and co
the musicians were going outside pretending for matolo or to chill with girls, but some were going to witchdoctors, like that famous anecdote of spino talking about him following fally lolo bentakwa arca and soleil if the version i was hearing then is true to  more more(jordan missing it because he overslept after a long sex night with a woman hahaha)  and more more telling only him to move out
similar stuff happened when bcbg did lockdown for bercy i think what avoided it at that stage  in maison mere was that the whole band was about 20 members so even a newcomer like heritier did not travel straight away only because of bangula for a ngulu, while the two cases there was too many people for limited spots
about koffi beating him i think i seen back in the days one of lola's sisters go on tv to complain about that on numerica,i think he's being diplomatic
