I haven't heard of Congolese artists performing in Angolan diamond towns like Lucapa, Dundo, and Cafunfo since 2016-2017. Are there still Congolese people that live in Cafunfu, or have they moved to Luanda, Europe,and/ or returned to Kinshasa? It seems that the diamond business in Angola has declined.

Emeneya made a lot of noise on TV about this event. He said he had proved the haters wrong,  who claimed that he only received a triumphant welcome in Kikwit because it was his hometown, by receiving a similarly  welcome abroad  in Canfunfu. But looking back, I don't think he would have received such a welcome in Cafunfu if there hadn't been a large Congolese community living in the Lunda region. Also, the majority living there had like Emeneya roots from Kwilu and Kwango regions
