none is credible,for two simple reasons, many journalists of those awards are known for their past and present close relationships with some musicians so those musicians are advantaged or the contrary if told by their friend to make sure the rival artist gets nothing
second,many fans have a too fanatic approach, so when their star does not win the awards are straight away questioned
it would have been more credible if despite friendship journalists remained professional throughout and if fans were not that much into fanatism
i was jury member of an award i wont reveal here in 2003 i witnessed a leader literraly yelling at "his journalists" for awarding the rival,he was actually insulting them like they were babies
