I couldn't watch the whole interview, was skipping so heard some parts only, I heard the part where he was praising Ferre's guitarist Marchouse whom the journalist said was a laughing stock in Kin because he only plays at concert as on CD's it's Olivier Tshimanga who steals the show......I think here Olivier should have clarified that it's not all songs that he plays on and that he plays lead acoustic whilst Marchouse is strictly on rhythm which is the base.
I have also heard at the end the same journalist suggesting that Olivier is Ferre's musician and Olivier responded rapidly to say he's not anyone's musician, Ferre is his colleague and they collaborate on some songs. It seems the journalist was trying to bring about some fake polemic, maybe people laugh at Marchouse in kin, I have never heard of such myself.
I also heard the part where Olivier said on his visit to kin he's been to Werra and JB's concerts and has also met with other musicians like Maika Munan, the journalist asked if he's met Ferre and Olivier said no, I guess there is a bit of problem, maybe Ferre didn't pay Olivier or something no wonder Ferre used more of Domingo Mbetenge on the album Boite Noire.
I love the way Olivier does the voices of other musicians and politicians, listen to that at the end of the interview!! kiekiekiekie
