lol probably due to the fact bill is a bigger name and has been around for longer,i have seen once sai sai interviewed with a much older but much less known comedian who was calling him vieux,sai sai said "its not because i am sai sai that  i became your vieux,you are much older and i respect you a lot

kiekiekie, I see the point now, I think people just respect because of the success and respect someone has earned from the public so they can't address that person as ''petit'' for instance een when he's truly younger.
