Yes the atalaku section is unstable and they recruit too much, they really don't need that much atalakus for one group ......and Wenge Bcbg has never been and is not and will never be on top of Congolese music to me it was always between Koffi with Quatier Latin and Werra with Maison Mere.

to be fair lets say there were 4 guys who were ruling congolese music,all the 4 who did bercy,then quartier latin and maison mere may have done some extra things compared to bcbg and viva but it was more or less the same level
