The color of his skin looks unbalanced, some spots is dark and the other parts looking like he really put some bleach cream on it.

Yeah when you said "burning his face" it really looks like that. It looks like the cream is eating his pigmentation. He really needs to stop bleaching, those bleach products do say they have risks if you use it. This practice is cultural but these days people don't give a damn. Back in the days it used to be a big deal for those were dark,it was all to do with their inferiority complex, this boosted the sales of complexion soaps like Ambi etc,i remember very well some businessmen in Zambia used to make good money by taking such soaps especially to the areas to Luba/ Kasai areas of Congo.
This practice is common amongst west Africans too.
