What rest? Can you count how many years from 1998 to 2014. 16 years of rapping and you want him to only rest. He needs to retire and keep a voice for chatting otherwise he will lose it. When are you guys going to accept the fact that some bcbg members became irrelevant long time ago?.....genta was supposed to be retired after Soyons Seriuex. Even Zaiko langalanga changes atalakus what is special about genta. Jb sucks really.

lol no,maybe if you were in my position you'd understand better, bcbg has become like a family for me  so i do not look at the group the same way as other people(the logic of competition with other groups,"making things happen often" and so on,i guess you see what i mean) ,because i know what jb would do and what he wont,and he clearly wont kick out musicians for no strong reason,unless they force their way out like djino did or they challenge his authority like makaba wanted to do 
those guys  make jb's life much easier in many aspects of the daily gestion of the group so the reward he can give them is giving them back that loyalty ,which does not mean he does not criticize them

This is what jb has done, keeping bcbg a friendly meeting place and this has costed his career badly. He cant recover from the brain fog caused by kibense, rio, ficarre, segiun, genta etc. No room for better ideas. The new boys are there but they need oxygen and space that has been clogged by these older guys.

This is quite objective and true but unfortunately it seems JB is quite content with his staff and market share,he doesn't seem to be someone looking at expanding his business.

 voila emo,sly responded you well, and thats what i have always been saying, many things are likely to never change because jb is happy like that,you have impression that i defend him,but i just give a realistic insight of the group
 he knows bcbg is basically him,proof is the videos they are showing on tv are the parts he arrives on stage and plays first song plus a bit of sebene
there is plenty of potential  in the group but jb does not really care about making bcbg bigger( for example the little details which make the group look closer to the fans,jb sees it as show-off so no studio image,no rehearsal and stuff like that)
for him,success means having contracts very often,making money  and thats almost it
 like i have always said  strategy is not his skill and will never be, all the times he has been like what emo wants to see,there was somebody filling that role,werra in 4X4,then alain mpela and caludji  but then ego plays in as people around him and himself think the other guy doing the strategy part is a threat to his authority hence why tutu and alain left in the way they left after having strong argument with him
also a point which is important to raise,jb earns much more money in other business than music so the hunger for some things is not the same anymore

I dont believe jb is content with what he has and business. Never can he be. The problem as i have always said, is inadequate strength to at least diplomatically send off any of his friends packing as a way to retire them. He cant risk his friendship. Do not tell me Werrason or Koffi or Wazekwa are content.
